Full Job Description

The Role: Community Associate

Join our vibrant Community team and play a key role in enhancing our members' experience. You'll deliver top-notch customer service, solve issues efficiently, and maintain high building standards. Key duties include:

  • Front Desk & Member Contact: Be the go-to person for members and manage the front desk.

  • House Keeping Duties: Conduct cleaning and site checks to ensure our sites stay compliant and top scores are achieved on site standard audits.

  • Operational Excellence: Quickly address and resolve building and member issues.

  • Community Initiatives: Delivering our member rituals such as Cake Wednesday and Friday Drinks Trolley to help foster connections between members.
