Full Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care
- Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Previous experience in a similar management or supervisory role in a restaurant setting - Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for delivering top-tier customer service
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
