Front of House Team Daytime only. Week days and weekends. Part time.

We have been in our beautiful building in Derby since 2009, our equally quirky sister site in Belper opened in 2019.

We're looking for genuinely friendly & industrious people to join our Front Of House team on a part time basis. Experience is preferred but having a genuinely friendly personality and an organised & conscientious approach is just as important. Applicants must be aged 16 or over.

The role involves:

Making sure that our customers get a warm welcome & efficient service every time they visit.

Taking orders & payments, making barista coffees and other hot & cold drinks including serving alcohol.

Serving food to tables in the dining area, keeping the dining area & bar clean, tidy & organised.

The Bookcafe is an independent award winning cafe with two sites in Derby & Belper.

Daytime shifts with a mixture of weekends & weekdays.

Pay: £6.40-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
