Front of House Team Leader - Billing Aquadrome - Northampton, Northamptonshire, The Hospitality team at Billing Aquadrome are looking to recruit a Front of House Team Leader who is passionate about hospitality and delivering an amazing guest experience. Your role will be to lead our waiters and waitresses and become the right-hand person to our Restaurant / Assistant Manager,

• Continually role model the company values and behaviours


• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the products


• Ensure all public areas are clean and safe


• Work as part of a team to create a seamless service


• Adhere to the terms of the premises' alcohol licence


• Understanding weekly budgeting and sharing targets with the team


• Ordering stock and managing stock control


• Undertaking Health & Safety and daily checks, including securing buildings
  
  Experience of working in a fast-paced bar / restaurant environment would be an advantage, although full training will be given


• Proven ability to motivate and lead a team and evidence of being a team player
