Full Job Description

To work effectively with the back of house team to provide first class table service with particular attention to hospitality and promotion of sales. This will include:

  • Serving all customers in a professional, friendly and courteous manner and being alert to any requirements and concerns they may have
  • Maintaining a full knowledge of all food and beverage products available
  • We are looking for outgoing and engaging team players who are passionate about food and beverages.

    You will be a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic team player, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and passionate about food and beverages.,
  • A good level of general education; including English and Maths
  • A willingness to learn about health and safety/food standard requirements
  • The ability to follow a process and maintain levels of service delivery under pressure

  • Front of House Team Member We are a family-run UK business that operates food and beverage outlets at airports, creating exceptional experiences for all our customers. We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Heathrow Airport (landside, terminal 5). People are at the heart of what we do, and our staff are central to the success of our landside pub.

    This is an hourly paid role, and you will be required to work shifts. Shifts may include an early morning start (e.g. 5 am) or a late finish (e.g. the last flight) (there is no requirement for split or double shifts)., £11.50 per hour applicable to all age ranges, PLUS:
  • tronc (tips and gratuities distribution system) via an elected troncmaster
  • cash gratuities, at customer discretion.
