Full Job Description
To work effectively with the back of house team to provide first class table service with particular attention to hospitality and promotion of sales. This will include:
- Serving all customers in a professional, friendly and courteous manner and being alert to any requirements and concerns they may have
- Maintaining a full knowledge of all food and beverage products available We are looking for outgoing and engaging team players who are passionate about food and beverages.
- A good level of general education; including English and Maths
- A willingness to learn about health and safety/food standard requirements
- The ability to follow a process and maintain levels of service delivery under pressure
