Full Job Description
Cheval Three Quays and Cheval Calico House has an exciting opportunity for a Front Office Manager to lead their front office team. As Front Office Manager you will ensure the smooth running and efficient operation of the front office department over both residences. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and you will be responsible for ensuring that you and your team deliver service excellence to all of our guests. As Front Office Manager, some of your duties will include…………
- To manage multi-site property front office teams and operations, ensuring that service standards for both residences are met
- To ensure the front office department is professional, and standards are consistent to provide a high level of customer focus
- Develop the front office team's skills through guidance and training
- To ensure service excellence is the culture within the front office operation
Have management experience in a 5 star or luxury environment with multisite experience - Have experience in motivating and leading a front office team
- Have good organisation and planning skills
- Can communicate confidently at different levels
- Want to inspire others to develop and grow in the front office profession
- Have a positive attitude in everything you do!
