Full Job Description

As a Front Office Supervisor you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager in administering front office functions including check in and check out processes and switchboard
  • Providing a friendly, efficient and helpful service to our guests
  • Handling guest complaints and problems using the hotel resolution guidelines
  • Supervise the front desk team and ensure all tasks are completed and standards adhered to
  • Being knowledgeable and keeping the team updated on daily hotel operations
  • Helping to train the front desk team

  • This position requires previous hotel front office experience and the ability to adopt flexible working patterns
  • 32 hours per week worked over 4 days
