Full Job Description

As our Process Improvement Officer you are responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet industry standards and regulations, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. You establish and monitor quality control procedures to guarantee products and services meet required standards. You lead Business Management Reviews, report to senior stakeholders, and facilitate quality investigations and audits. You ensure quality documentation is in place, identifying waste and driving improvements. You also deliver training on quality practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, you maintain detailed compliance records and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality standards.

You have proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or compliance within the social housing sector, along with expertise in quality management systems and techniques. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, while your excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities help you address challenges. You can manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you also have knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and experience with ISO 9001 accreditation.
