Full Job Description
We are seeking a Fuel Sales Controller with a background in customer service or administration to efficiently manage the fuel order process. On a day-to-day basis:
- Handle all fuel enquiries from new and existing customers via phone and email
- Processing fuel orders from order placement to delivery and invoicing
- Managing fuel for sites where a fuel management system has been agreed
- Maximising fuel sales opportunities with new and existing customers
- Processing orders on the company software and general administration
- Assisting in the completion monthly fuel stock counts & management
Strong organisational skills - Good computer literacy in MS Office packages
- Strong communication skills both verbally & written
- People and management skills
- Commitment to learn and develop
- Previous experience working within the hire industry or similar customer service or operational role
