Full Job Description

  • Assisting in fulfilment and delivery of Corporate orders as directed by the Operations Lead
  • Liase with supervisors and other departments to ensure accurate packing, delivery, and turnaround times
  • Administration duties to ensure all orders are logged on internal / external systems as required
  • Updating order details on Sales order processing system to provide full audit trail
  • 100% accuracy in attention to detail.
  • Provide administrative support
  • To ensure all orders are sent by the correct delivery method and details captured on internal systems
  • Maintain a high level of security and vigilance
  • Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain department is responsible for fulfilment activities, planning and operational implementation of new products across EMEA. The department manages activity for both Retail and Incentive channels across physical and eGift products. There is an in-house fulfilment centre in the Dublin office. From this office we fulfil corporate orders direct to Clients.
