Full Job Description

We are looking for x2 brilliant Fulfilment Assistants to join our Unit team in an inviting and friendly Warehouse situated in East Sussex.

Reporting to (and supported by) our Fulfilment Manager you will form an integral part of the fun loving and hardworking team, fulfilling orders for our growing customer base. This is a supporting role that would suit a strongly organised person who thrives working in fast paced environments, has an impeccable attention to detail and a real passion for exceeding customer expectations.

We need x2 full time Fulfilment Assistants to work 40 hours per week (including x2 evening shifts, likely Wednesday + Thursday 12pm - 8pm, while the other shifts would be 9am - 5pm).

YOU WILL

+ Pick and pack customer orders to despatch daily
+ Support Fulfilment Manager in all aspects of fulfilment
+ Liaise with couriers as needed
+ Suggest and support operational efficiencies
+ Carry out quality checks on all products
+ Work as part of a growing team

+ Strong communication skills
+ Demonstrable organisational skills
+ Experience with working in fulfilment or similar
+ Ability to work fast and with exceptional efficiency
