Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen to join the Children with Disabilities Team in Dudley. We are looking to appoint a full Short Break and Direct Payments Officer, to support the wider Children with Disabilities team in processing direct payments, communicating with our payroll providers and parents and all related aspects of work set out in the Job Description and Person Specification. This is an ideal opportunity for any existing staff who are looking for a change of direction or new role working in Dudley. You will be joining a fully staffed team at a key point in our journey and training will be given to support you in the role.

We do not expect internal secondment candidates to meet all the requirements of the job description as this is a bespoke role. More important is experience of working in partnership with parents and professionals and having initiative and good attention to detail. You will report directly to the CDT Service Manager as this is a crucial part of our service delivery.
