Full Job Description

Join our dedicated team and take on the pivotal role of a valued Customer Service Advisor, committed to providing comprehensive assistance across various customer inquiries. As part of your role, you will utilise our cutting-edge Customer Relationship Management system, gaining access to vital customer information such as scanned application forms and relevant documents. Your primary responsibility will involve leveraging a repository of information and frequently asked questions to ensure each customer inquiry receives top-notch support.

You will engage directly with customers through phone calls, written communications, or web chat, delivering tailored solutions effectively to meet their needs. It is important to note that certain accounts may involve handling sensitive and confidential information, requiring the highest levels of discretion and sensitivity toward potentially distressing content. Your commitment will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive the support and care they deserve. Please note: This is a hybrid role based in Preston. You will be required to be in the office 2 days a week from day one. Upon completion of training you will transition to Gradbay, which will be on site for a minimum of 1 week providing you with personalised guidance and mentorship needed for your journey ahead.
