Full Job Description

  • Picking & processing customer orders including invoicing on Sage

  • Processing daily post shipments

  • Check & verify accuracy of supplier deliveries

  • Quality evaluation & process of product returns

  • Quality control of frames inc product maintenance & repairs

  • Spares maintenance

  • Customer support

  • Product stock management

    Would you enjoy being part of a small office team and the opportunity to learn & be involved in an expanding Company with potential for further development?, Good organisational skills & attention to detail are essential

  • Computer experience is essential. Knowledge of Sage or other stock control systems & Microsoft Office, including Excel, are preferred but not essential as training will be given.

  • Ability to work quickly but accurately.

  • A flexible approach is needed & willing to assist in other areas of the business as required.

  • Good telephone manner

  • Forward thinking with ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team

    Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
