Full Job Description
- Picking & processing customer orders including invoicing on Sage
- Processing daily post shipments
- Check & verify accuracy of supplier deliveries
- Quality evaluation & process of product returns
- Quality control of frames inc product maintenance & repairs
- Spares maintenance
- Customer support
- Product stock management
Would you enjoy being part of a small office team and the opportunity to learn & be involved in an expanding Company with potential for further development?, Good organisational skills & attention to detail are essential - Computer experience is essential. Knowledge of Sage or other stock control systems & Microsoft Office, including Excel, are preferred but not essential as training will be given.
- Ability to work quickly but accurately.
- A flexible approach is needed & willing to assist in other areas of the business as required.
- Good telephone manner
- Forward thinking with ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
