Are you interested in a Full-Time opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who have recently completed or will soon complete an undergraduate (BS) and/or MBA degree to apply to our Full-Time opportunity at our site in Cambridge, MA Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company. Your role:

  • Synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data from a variety of sources to provide thoughtful and relevant sales and marketing recommendations to Philips businesses.
  • Problem-solving with business leaders and team peers to appropriately scope inquiries and hone our research and analytics approach to deliver answers quickly and efficiently.
  • Mining internal and external data sets and maintaining data integrity and alignment across multiple platforms.
  • Design thoughtful, meaningful stories, based on the data analyzed, to drive business decisions.
  • Steward of objective data strategy, data quality, definitions, rules and processing.
  • Utilize data visualization products to supplement findings, highlight areas of focus, and as mechanism for importing R or Python to provide enhanced visuals to drive action.

    You are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in finance, business or data analytics or MBA preferred
  • Your skills include… (Add required skills, i.e., knowledge in X, software, technical, etc.; If considering, bonus skills, must include and notate as such)
  • 3+ years combination of education & previous internships or coops in a data specialization required. Previous Philips internship experience a plus.
  • Must have extensive experience with modern data tech stack as well as programming experience in Python or R.
  • Experience required with modern BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI, with a preference on experience w/ Power BI.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.   • Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Massachusetts is $88,900.00 -- 152,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
