Full Job Description

  • Coordinate & engage in Agile Team activities, facilitating communication between stakeholders and the development team, and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile processes and methodologies within the team and wider organization.

  • Engage with business stakeholders, support Product Owners with stakeholder communication and requirements workshops, and conduct interviews with business users for requirements gathering.

  • Conduct business process analysis, define user journeys and use cases, and help define and refine business needs.

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements, help the business articulate & capture the value proposition, define the outcome, and support team Backlog Refinement.

  • Define workflows, business rules, and process flows, ensuring consistency and seamless integration between the Finance & Operations, CE / Dataverse, Power Apps, and Portals.

  • Configure entities, forms, views, fields, and security in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations entities and define and configure integrations from other systems including data modeling.

  • Analyze data to support decision-making, support business KPI identification, and develop and configure reports and dashboards.

  • Define acceptance tests, validate system functionality and usability, and support User Acceptance Testing, demonstrating problem-solving and collaboration with technical resources to resolve issues and defects.

  • Provide training and support to end-users on using Dynamics 365 features and functionalities, create user documentation and training materials, and support Product Owners in communication of changes and enhancements.

  • Provide 3rd line support as part of the DevOps team, identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues reported by users, following established processes for support, and supporting incident & problem resolution.

  • Stay updated on Dynamics 365 feature releases and best practices, identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending enhancements to optimize system usage.

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Relevant Finance, MS training, and business knowledge

  • MS D365 F&O experience in a functional role - particularly in General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Consolidations, Tax, Cash and Bank Management, Budgeting & Expenses.

  • Knowledge or a desire to learn other elements of the Microsoft Power Platform & Dynamics offerings

  • Good working knowledge of technical aspects of Finance & Operations

  • Authorized to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship


  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Global delivery experience preferable

  • Broader ERP rollout experience preferable

  • ISV experience with AXtensions, Avalara, SK Global desirable

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong written and presentation skills

  • Ability to work with all levels of staff from C-level to field users
