Full Job Description
- Managing the fundraising inbox and calendar.
- Acting as the main contact for enquiries (phone, email, visitors, online forms).
- Processing incoming funds and sending heartfelt thanks to donors.
- Coordinating fundraising resources and managing bookings.
- Conducting prospect and market research.
- Maintaining up-to-date Mailchimp and newsletter contacts.
- Assisting with the preparation and delivery of fundraising events, including bucket collections and talks.
- Representing the Foundation at events and sourcing raffle/auction prizes from local businesses.
- Supporting the team with day-to-day admin and meeting coordination.
Passionate about providing brilliant customer service. - A great team player.
- Excited to explore and grow in a career in fundraising., GCSE Grade D or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Strong customer care and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent record-keeping and administration skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM databases and MS Office.
- Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends (with time off in lieu). Desirable:
- Experience in a fundraising charity.
- Familiarity with data protection practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
HOURS: Full-time preferred, but part-time and flexible applications will be considered. Must be available to work Fridays and some evenings or weekends for events Please note: This role requires you to be onsite for all agreed working days. Why This Role?
