Full Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with event participants, offering motivation, fundraising advice, and ensuring they meet targets while having a positive experience with the charity.

  • Serve as the primary contact for event fundraisers, handling enquiries through phone, email, and post.

  • Assist the Events Manager with securing sponsorships for events, sourcing raffle and auction prizes, and coordinating event marketing via newsletters and social media.

  • Maintain and update the fundraising database, ensuring timely bank analysis, accurate donation records, and appropriate donor acknowledgments.

  • Collaborate across teams to develop ideas and ensure fundraisers are directed to appropriate local when needed., We recognise, value and champion diversity and inclusion.
