Full Job Description

You'd be designing, delivering and maintaining an extensive and high-impact portfolio of projects, events and activities for delivery both on campus and within target schools and colleges. The aim of this work is to improve awareness of the undergraduate and postgraduate offering at Marjon, cultivate relationships with key influencers and, ultimately, achieve student number growth targets across all of our programmes.

We're looking for an innovative and inspirational Future Students Officer to deliver a broad portfolio of events, activities and projects for prospective students, their supporters and influencers.

Candidates should have the ability to build rapport and secure the trust and confidence of prospective students quickly, be hard working and resilient, and be adept at building collaborative working relationships with key internal colleagues throughout Marjon and within the school and college sector., · Working in a fast-paced environment: You'll enjoy finding creative solutions to complex challenges.

· Working collaboratively: This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders.

· Working innovatively and with creative flair: You'll enjoy finding new ways of engaging and inspiring prospective students and maximizing conversion to Marjon.

Where you'll work:

In this role, you'll be based in the Student Recruitment and Outreach team, on our green campus in the north of Plymouth.

Our current hybrid working policy means you can work from home or on campus, but you will be required to maintain strong campus links and be available on-site at least four days per week.

1.0 FTE / 35 Hours per week; Grade 5, £25,138.00 - £28,759.00
