Full Job Description

As an Associate in the Investor Services Product team within FX Services, responsible for expanding and supporting FX execution and pricing capabilities for the investor client base. Whether instructing through one of JPMorgan's existing FX solutions (AutoFX, DirectFX, Passive Currency Overlay, Cross Currency Sweep) or on a third party basis, the team work to create new, market leading client solutions leveraging the broad range of liquidity sources and execution methodologies JPMorgan has to offer.,

  • Partner with broad range of internal and external stakeholders to define new and enhanced product capabilities, operating models and revenue opportunities

  • Work with in house technology team in Agile methodology to deliver those new products through strategic system builds

  • Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape

  • Work closely with the product managers and sales teams across Securities Services, to deliver seamless, integrated solution to the existing client base

  • Understand the risks across the operating model including market, credit, operational and regulatory risks

  • Ensure that for all products and solutions the risks are understood and documented, and robust controls are in place end-to-end, including all activities related to client on-boarding, operational processes, legal, compliance, accounting and tax

  • Continuously review operational procedures, data flow and system dependencies of the existing business processes in an effort to identify risk, gaps and improvement areas

    significant hands-on product analysis experience or business analysis experience, technology consulting, or relevant transferrable skills

  • Highly motivated to design and deliver strategic changes to the existing product infrastructure

  • Able to take an idea from inception to delivery, and support business analysis with requirements and metrics

  • Ability to develop clear program management strategies and execute against them

  • Strong communication with a proven track record of delivering financial solutions while working in partnership with many teams such as business leads, technology, operations

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with a structured approach to problem solving and an ability to challenge the status quo.

  • Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Adobe Analytics, Figma) and MS Office (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel)


  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • BA or BSc or equivalent graduate level education preferred
