Game Master

Crucial to the reputation we have developed is the team, which consists of Supervisors and Game Masters. GM's guide customers through their experience, in virtual worlds, with great energy and professionalism. Supervisors lead the team on a daily basis and ensure the smooth running of the store. All of our team, no matter the role, must deliver high end customer service and possess a strong sense of pride and responsibility for the venue.,

• Meet, greet and sign-in groups of 1-8 players


• Perform safety briefings for each group before their game.


• Monitor game sessions, ensuring smooth transitions from one game to the next.


• Postgame debrief, go through team scores and serve drinks.


• Maintain and clean VR equipment after each use and ensure a smooth rotation process.


• Answer customer enquiries and take new bookings via email and phone.


• General store cleaning and upkeep

• Experience in a customer-focused leisure setting.


• Tech Savvy, although this is not a technical role some knowledge is required.

• Strong problem-solving skills.


• Thrive under pressure and in fast-paced environments.


• Excellent time management.


• Team player with great communication skills.


• Professional appearance and demeanour at all times.
