Full Job Description

Due to the increasing popularity of our exciting Leeds game venue, we are actively seeking additional staff to join our fun & friendly team in Leeds. As a Games Host, your main responsibility will be to help make the experience enjoyable and interactive for all our players; whether corporate or public; children or adults. Day to Day duties: Welcoming & briefing players before each session

  • Monitoring game progress

  • Providing hints/help via an IT system

  • Resetting the game at the end of each session

  • Interacting with customers once their session has completed

  • Helping to find creative & innovative ways to increase our sales

  • Cleaning & tidying the games rooms and communal spaces

  • Responding or redirecting phone and email queries quickly & efficiently

  • Office administrative duties Other duties relevant to the role as and when required

  • Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)

    Remuneration Pay is a basic wage plus bonuses


    • Job Type: Part-time, variable hours, flexible.

    Job Types: Temporary contract, Zero hours contract
    Contract length: 2 months

    Pay: £6.40-£11.44 per hour

    Expected hours: No less than 1 per week
