Garden Centre Supervisor, Weavervale Garden Centre

We are looking for a Full Time Permanent Garden Centre Supervisor to join the team in our Weavervale Garden Centre., As a Garden Centre Supervisor, you will use your retail expertise to ensure the smooth running of all indoor retail areas, making sure we have excellent shop standards and a knowledgeable and customer focused team.

What you will be doing as a Garden Centre Supervisor?

Oversee stock replenishment and merchandising across all retail areas.
Supporting in duty management to ensure the safe and secure operation of the Centre.
Coaching and developing you team of colleagues in all aspect of their role.
Advising our customers on products for their needs, taking every opportunity to WOW.
Checking/booking in stock and ordering.
Till operation and serving customers.
Oversee general housekeeping and cleaning as required.

Friendly, with an engaging personality and a genuine love for customer service.
Knowledgeable and passionate about home and garden products.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Great teamwork.
Hardworking
Shift flexibility including weekends.
Previous Garden Centre experience desirable
Knowledge of EPOS systems desirable

The hours for this position are 32 per week over 4 days including regular weekend shifts so flexibility is a must.
