Garden Design Tutor

We're looking for a Garden Design Teacher at our Merrist Wood campus to deliver our How to Design a Garden course one evening per week. You would be responsible for designing and delivering the theoretical and practical elements of garden design to our adult learners.

You may be an experienced professional garden design or horticulture, looking for something different or already a teacher, but the most important attribute we're looking for is a passion for delivering an engaging course for learners.

• Candidates must have:
• A level 3 or above qualification in relevant subject area, such as Garden Design or Horticulture.
• GCSE level 4/C or equivalents including Maths & English.
• Extensive experience of designing gardens for a wide range of customers using both hand drawn and computer generated designs.
We are happy to consider applications from applicants with little or no teaching experience who have the ability to inspire our learners!

This is a casual, part-time role working one evening per week for 2-3 hours at our Merrist Wood campus.,
