As Gardener, you will ensure our outdoor spaces are maintained to the highest standards, from tending to gardens and flowerbeds to ensuring that all outdoor areas are safe and inviting. As Maintenance Assistant, you will support the general upkeep of the home, handling minor repairs, conducting regular system tests, and ensuring regulatory compliance., Gardener Duties:
Maintain our grounds, ensuring they are visually appealing, safe, and tidy.
Tend to flowerbeds, shrubs, and trees, nurturing vibrant outdoor spaces that enhance the resident experience.
Care for equipment and outdoor structures, such as fencing, ensuring they are well-maintained.
Clear snow and ice during winter to ensure the safety of residents and staff.
Maintenance Assistant Duties:
Assist with minor repairs and general upkeep to ensure the home remains in top condition.
Conduct regular checks and tests on systems to meet regulatory and statutory requirements.
Collaborate with the Maintenance Operative to maintain both the internal and external environment of the home.
Passion for the Outdoors and Maintenance: You have a genuine love for gardening and hands-on maintenance work.
