Full Job Description

In this role you will utilise software to embroider and decorate garments with famous brand logo's and operate multi-head embroidery machinery and DTF equipment. You will do this in an efficient manner to meet production goals and to ensure high quality standards in every aspect of your work. We are looking to expand our dynamic production team., 1. To deliver an outstanding customer experience (Internal and external) 2. Running, setting up and maintaining embroidery machines (6 head primarily) 3. Setting machines to correct function and loading with correct materials to run. 4. Using software applications such as Coral Draw and Excel 5. Operating print machinery and related equipment 6. Printing vinyl and transfers onto garments 7. Working to a production schedule and activity for timely, on budget and safe production of quality products 8. Quality assurance and standards, running quality checks and ensuring production to highest standards 9. Obtain and share knowledge on all machinery within the department, from artwork access to finishing, and the entire process(es) involved on both print and embroidery and any other techniques deployed. 10. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation or work area, including changing thread colour, trimming and troubleshooting minor machine issues 11. Health and Safety for the department and your colleagues. 12. Arrange pre-production swatches and samples 13. Always ensure professional and effective conduct and customer (internal & external) management. 14. Keep up a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities 15. Some warehousing and stock knowledge is desirable 16. Strong attention to detail
