Garment Fitters

We require garment fitters to work in our Manchester Salford office, on a temporary ongoing basis from the 14th October 2024 to February 2025. The successful applicants will work in a team of fitters to select, measure and record correct uniform size for clients in a public sector contract, whilst giving the best possible fitting service. Responsibilities

• Responsible for selecting the garments, and the assembly of garment for the customer
• Meet and greet and assign product, be friendly and courteous.
• Carry out basic record keeping and administration.
• Working with up to 40 customers per day, recording details in a timely and organised fashion
This is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities. The successful job holder will be expected to perform varying tasks as required by their line manager & the overall objectives of the organisation.

Essential
• Previous experience in a customer service role within clothing retail
• Previous experience in basic administration
• Ability to work 9am- 4.30pm Monday- Thursday and 8am to 2.30pm Friday
• Willingness to undertake a police check
Desirable
• GCSE English and Mathematics
• Previous experience in retail, or a 3rd level qualification in fashion
  
  We are able to offer competitive rates of pay both on a self-employed or temporary payroll basis, and have excellent holiday provision. Successful applicants may secure work with us on a longer term basis. Part Time will not be considered at this stage. Training will take place at our Head office in Northern Ireland for 1 week. Expenses will be paid.
