Coastal Heating is a trusted name in domestic household boilers, known for our 5-star customer reviews. As a small, growing company, we pride ourselves on providing professional, customer-friendly services. We are now looking to expand our team with a Gas Heating Engineer.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for servicing and repairing household boilers, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard. You’ll communicate effectively with customers and the office team, leaving detailed notes in the management system and coordinating parts and bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Service and repair household boilers.

·      Maintain cleanliness of work areas.

·      Provide excellent customer service and clear communication.

·      Collaborate with the office team and follow daily job planners.

Requirements:

·      Valid certifications: CCN1, CPA1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT (min. 12 months left).

·      Full UK Driving Licence.

·      Unvented Hot Water certification.

·      Minimum of 2 years’ experience in gas servicing, maintenance, and breakdowns preferred.

·      Installation experience highly desirable.

·      Oil Boiler and LPG certification desirable but not required.

·      Strong knowledge of household gas boilers.
