Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Gastroenterology team on an 8 month fixed term basis at Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust. You will be a key member of the team, providing the necessary admin support to ensure we are able to deliver an outstanding service to children, young people and their families in various settings (out patients and inpatients)., You will provide a comprehensive administrative and secretarial service to the Gastroenterology and Nutrition nursing team You will be overseeing the administration of homecare prescriptions for Gastroenterology patients. You will be expected to organise their workload with the Nurses to ensure an effective and efficient service is provided You will prioritise and carry out their duties in such a way as to make a direct and positive contribution to the organisation of the work. It is essential that the post holder should exercise initiative commensurate with the role and it is vital that confidentiality is maintained at all times.

You will be enthusiastic, caring, reliable and highly motivated to deliver the excellence required within your role. You will have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of individuals including patients, families and professionals. Do you have?
