Full Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated team player to join us as a General Administrator. Your role will involve providing essential administrative support and handling various tasks vital to our smooth operation., 1. Office Management:

  • Maintaining the office by keeping it tidy, requesting new office supplies when needed


  • 2. Communication:
  • Be the point of contact between internal staff and external parties to pass on messages when needed. Handle emails, phone call and correspondence as and when required


  • 3. Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate records this could be filing documents, managing databases and ensuring information can be accessible by the relevant people when needed


  • 4. Financial Administration:
  • Supporting the accounts, purchasing and sales team as and when needed


  • 5. Staff Personnel / Recruitment Support:
  • Assist the recruitment team with various tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining records and co-ordinate recruitment efforts.

  • Support with interviews by meeting and greeting candidates


  • 6. Event Co-ordination:
  • Organise company events with the director when required


  • 7.Problem solving:
  • Address issues that arise day to day and find effective solutions

    Ability to independently plan and manage workload.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in computer usage, especially in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Consistent work ethic with an eye for meeting objectives and deadlines.

  • Flexible and proactive in adapting to evolving business needs.


  • Overall, as a general administrator, you would play a critical role in keeping an organization running efficiently by managing administrative tasks and providing essential support to staff and management.
