Full Job Description
We're looking for a dedicated team player to join us as a General Administrator. Your role will involve providing essential administrative support and handling various tasks vital to our smooth operation., 1. Office Management:
- Maintaining the office by keeping it tidy, requesting new office supplies when needed
- Be the point of contact between internal staff and external parties to pass on messages when needed. Handle emails, phone call and correspondence as and when required
- Maintain accurate records this could be filing documents, managing databases and ensuring information can be accessible by the relevant people when needed
- Supporting the accounts, purchasing and sales team as and when needed
- Assist the recruitment team with various tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining records and co-ordinate recruitment efforts.
- Support with interviews by meeting and greeting candidates
- Organise company events with the director when required
- Address issues that arise day to day and find effective solutions
Ability to independently plan and manage workload. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in computer usage, especially in Microsoft Office applications.
- Consistent work ethic with an eye for meeting objectives and deadlines.
