Full Job Description

As an Administrator at Sodexo in Birmingham Children's Hospital, You will be very well organised, have outstanding communication skills, and have the ability to work in a challenging environment. Our hospitals' skilled administrative personnel support our patients and visitors in providing vital clerical services. Join Sodexo and be part of something greater.   • Greet visitors and patients entering the hospital
  • Answer direct phone calls
  • Manage email correspondence
  • Prepare and distribute reports
  • Assist with HR duties
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

    Computer literacy - MS Office packages
  • Excellent team ethos and superb communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but a can-do attitude and complete customer focus will tick the box
