Full Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for a part time general Administration Assistant.
Suitable only for someone that lives in the local area as you will need to be available to come to the office as required. Work from home for the remainder of your hours.
Your duties would include (but not limited to):
Answering/making phone calls to customers - sales
Simple on-going marketing duties, such as regular social media posts, and blogs
Organising the maintenance team's schedule
Issuing invoices
Sending emails to customers
Creating and issuing quotation documents
Jointly working on admin projects with other office staff
Looking after vehicles and booking MOT's etc
Managing stock control of materials
Have a great phone and email manner
Be very organised
Very familiar with social media advertising and other platforms
Able to work un supervised
Willing and able to 'think outside the box' at times
Have some experience working in the construction industry
Live locally to the Ely area in order to be able to come to the office when needed
The role will be for a minimum of 15 hours per week, with additional hours approved by the office manager if required
Minimum of 3 hours worked per week day, between the hours of 9am and 2pm
Combination of working from home and from our office. Minimum of 2 shifts in the office per week.,
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
- English (required)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Grow Gardens is a small but busy Garden Design, Landscaping Construction and garden maintenance company, based near Ely, Cambs.
