Full Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service, from daily collection and delivery of satellite meals, to supporting the wider FMSP customer experience team with daily operational requirements.
- Understand and ensure adherence to Food Safety Legislation, working practices and procedures
- Assist with all aspects of deliveries, storage, preparation, and presentation of food service, to the notified standard
- Assist with the replenishment of stock, and equipment, to ensure service periods do not stop
- Assist, as required, at special functions, some of which may occur outside normal working hours
- Collect and deliver required satellite meals, for ships demands, as and when required
- Additional duties may be assigned to cover for annual leave or sickness, as required
IT skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office and inventory management systems - Excellent organisational skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to work independently

- Monday to Friday (shifts between 06:00-16:00) occasional evenings and weekends
