We are looking to recruit a general assistant to work in our very busy company bakery based in Wingate, Co Durham. You will learn all aspects of bakery production.

Tasks to include:

  • accurate production and finishing of all products

    We are Its All About The Cake; a family owned and operated bakery supplying trade customers across the North East and to our very own local shop.

    Working hours are 7.30am-3.30pm Sunday -Thursday, days off being Friday and Saturday. Minimum wage paid depending on the age of the candidate.


    • If you have an interest learning how to make all our fabulous sweet treats the could be the job for you! No experience is necessary and full training will be given. Own transport or living within walking distance of Wingate would be an advantage due to early morning starting time.

    Wage will be minimum wage for age of candidate.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: £6.40-£11.44 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week
