Full Job Description

To provide organisational and administrative support to the Examination Officer and Data and Admissions Officer to maintain efficient systems within the school.
-To provide organisational and administrative support to the Business Leader to maintain efficient systems within the school.
-To provide occasional support, during specific periods, to the reception area dealing diplomatically with telephone enquiries and visitors to the school.
-To provide occasional support, on a rota basis, within the schools catering facility Meet' n' Eat to assist during break and lunch times.
-To support the Examinations Officer with administrative duties to prepare for, and during, internal and external examination sessions.
-To support the Data and Admissions Officer with administrative duties as and when required.

Good level of general education and relevant training (e.g. 5 GCSEs or equivalent including English and Math's)
-Be fully competent in the use of ICT including Microsoft Excel (including the use of formulas, filtering, data sorting and importing/exporting), Word, Outlook and using the internet to access relevant information
-Experience of organising own workload to meet deadlines in a challenging environment
-Experience of a general administrative role working within a busy office
-Excellent organisational skills with a clear attention to detail
-Knowledge of SIMs software packages would be an advantage

-The ability to remain discreet and maintain confidentiality at all times
-Flexibility and adaptability during periods of working under pressure
