General Catering Assistant Templewood School 16¼ and 17¼ hpw

Hertfordshire Catering Limited (HCL) are looking for two enthusiastic and energetic General Catering Assistant to work in one of our lovely primary schools. One would be 16.25 hpw and one 17.25hpw.

This role is term time only, working Monday to Friday, so it's ideal for a great work-life balance! You will be working with a great team at our school in Templewood Primary School.

Your role as a General Catering Assistant will involve:

- Basic food preparation and cooking
- Cleaning duties within the kitchen/dining area
- Health & safety compliance
- Food service to students & staff
- Friendly and polite customer service

Previous catering experience is desirable but not essential
- Team player
- Food hygiene level 2 (preferred, but not essential as training will be given)
- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices
- Exceptional timekeeping and reliability
- Strong communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English
