General Kitchen Assistant

We have an amazing opportunity for a dynamic kitchen assistant to assist in operating an exciting new venture in Llanelli. You will have a friendly demeanour, coupled with excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn. You will assist in operating an outdoor mobile airstream in a busy sporting environment, helping with food preparation, customer service and general kitchen duties. As the Kitchen Assistantyou delivering amazing service as part of a cohesive team. You provide a professional catering service, ensuring that company standards are maintained and that client expectations are met.

• Assist in the general duties of the kitchen
• Work to the business policies and procedures, ensuring the highest level of safety is achieved..
• Be passionate about the catering operation, working with your supervisor and team to produce the best possible catering at all times.
• Actively research new trends and to make suggestions for the operation
• Ensure that customers are given an efficient and enjoyable customer experience and that their service and value expectations are consistently exceeded.
  
  As the Kitchen Assistant you will have experience in a catering environment ideally in contract catering or from a concessions/event catering background.
You will possess time keeping and communication skills, and have a willingness to learn all aspects of the catering operation. You will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, be proficient in use of a till and will be willing to learn within the role. In return we will provide you with excellent training and development.,
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
