Full Job Description
Required to be flexible according to business requirements. The daily focus may vary, however it is expected that activities will typically include the following:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
- Basic food preparation
- Kitchen cleaning, including deep cleaning of the fryers, fridges, crockery etc
- Restocking items and stock rotation
- Kitchen and dining room cleaning including mopping, sweeping, hoovering, sink cleaning
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures at all times
- Sweeping/Mopping and general house keeping to ensure areas are cleaned to a high standard at all times.
- Preparation of any other public facing areas as required
- We aim for all staff to be multi skilled and flexible with full training and support provided both on the job and via our e learning portal.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full on the job training will be provided - Basic knowledge of COSHH
- Shift patterns may vary to fit the business
- Driving licence required as may need to work between two sites
- A great team player with a flexible approach to duties
- A DBS check is required
