General Manager

The General Manager will play a pivotal role in the success of our business. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. You will also be responsible for managing and motivating a team of employees, ensuring that they are trained to the highest standards and that they deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Proven experience in a similar role in the catering and hospitality industry
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong financial and budget management skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• A relevant degree or professional qualification is desirable but not essential
