About the pub The Ribble Pilot is a large, community driven pub situated on Preston Docks. The site is an open plan pub with a large beer garden with beautiful views of the water. The site is ideally located on a retail park with a residential population a short walk away. The pub is popular with families and local shoppers, and is currently achieving weekly sales of £20,000 with a split just slightly in favour of wet (55/45). The site is currently in growth after a refurbishment 2 years ago, however the is an opportunity to add teatime and evening activities to allow the site to see its full potential. There is a senior team in place in comprising of an Assistant Manager, Kitchen Manager and 2 Supervisors There is 3 bedroom (2 doubles and 1 single) accommodation available to the General Manager. We're looking for a General Manager for a beautiful community pub in Preston.
