As General Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of work, ensuring the smooth operation of the site, and overseeing the onboarding and hiring of new team members. • Basic Salary: (flexible salary structure for the right candidate)
• Working Hours: 8:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, Develop and implement comprehensive business plans that account for opportunities across all departments
• Foster a culture where every employee understands the Group and brand vision, ensuring total commitment to delivering on these goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, manufacturers, suppliers, and customers
• Ensure the continuation of the franchise on mutually agreeable terms and maximize all business opportunities available through the franchise
