Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available at the School; and we are now seeking an enthusiastic and experienced General Manager.
You will be

  • Responsible for the overall operation, in house student feeding, finance and development of social and wedding business within the specific site, ensuring the service is managed in line with the client requirements., Ensure that client expectations of food and food service are consistently delivered.

  • Be the point of reference for all client comments and concerns and take any necessary action.

  • Conduct appropriate business review meetings with relevant client to ensure that all targets, objectives, and service level agreements are being met.

  • Prepare, produce, and present a weekly financial report for the operations manager detailing financial performance, activity and plans for the relevant site and outlining any necessary action that has been taken.

  • Ensure all staff carry out tasks in accordance with company health, hygiene, quality, and safety standards.

  • To keep up to date with all COSHH and HACCP procedures and methods.

    Kimbolton School is a thriving HMC independent ('private') co-educational day and boarding school located in Cambridgeshire and within easy reach of Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire
