Full Job Description

We're really proud of the offering and would love a new GM to come in and lead the team to it's next stage of development. In return, the successful General Manager will command a salary of upto 45k plus bonus, plus an awesome atmosphere to work in.

We're on the lookout for a new superstar General Manager to lead the team at The Race Course on the outskirts of Norwich. This stunning & premium pub is one of our flagship carvery sites, so we are thrilled to bring this opportunity to the market.

The Race Course is nestled just on the fringes of Norwich and is truly loved by the locals, as well as attracting guests from further afield, looking for an excellent carvery dining experience. It is also extremely family-friendly, boasting a very cool FunFort experience for children.

As part of our Castle Carvery collection, The Race Course offers a chef-led classic carvery dining experience. As well as an awesome dining experience, the bar at The Race Course is one of the best - cosy, traditional, and very welcoming to settle on for an afternoon by the open fire., The beating heart of the community

Since we started, we have made it our mission to create special experiences.

With the best locations, top teams and fantastic food & drink; our pubs and inns are the favourite place to hang out with friends or family, watching the world go by.

RedCat are acquiring multiple pubs and inns in sort after locations across the UK. Our calling is to revive and re-generate potentially amazing spaces, by investing heavily in the buildings, and design, their branding, and most of all the people. By providing industry leading, lifestyle enhancing spaces, we will be injecting excitement back into the hospitality sector.
