Driving all revenue lines from membership sales to product & secondary, to drive profitability

Effective management of controllable costs like stock orders & cleaning supplies to eliminate wastage and overspend

Lead by example on reception and the gym floor in this member facing role designed to enhance every visit

Ensure central processes like STRIVE & MOVE are followed & delivered to the highest level consistently

Drive collective buy-in to national focuses & incentives like #WORKOUTWEDNESDAY & #WeCommunicate

Lead the recruiting, monitoring, training and onboarding of new team members within your gym

Ensure that all daily, weekly & monthly operational processes are completed consistently and to a high standard using our in-house systems

Willing and able to deliver honest, constructive feedback regularly to support all team members in achieving their potential and challenging them on a daily basis

Reporting facilities & maintenance related issues in accordance with best practice guidelines

Manage club rotas based on budgets, ensuring fully trained team members are always onsite

Able to effectively manage all policies and procedures including Health & Safety, inclusive of pool plant operations

Ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times whether on-shift or not two members of staff are working at the same time.

Need to have:

Adaptability in communication and management style depending on the team member and their drivers

Driven and ambitious with a keen desire to learn and develop both behaviours and competencies specific to the role

Flexibility in working hours and location to support the needs of the business including weekends and Bank Holidays when required

This is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. Responsible for leading the team in all sales and operational processes, with a keen eye for detail and ability to OWN IT. This role is accountable to various KPI's and is responsible for the recruitment, nurturing & development of an elevated team capable of achieving them consistently., BORN IN THE BRONX IN 1910, EVERLAST IS SYNONYMOUS WITH GREATNESS
