General Manager (Food Manufacturing)

We are seeking a skilled General Manager to oversee our food production operations. The role offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of a unique and growing business which produces an innovative product!

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production, ensuring compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations. Knowledge of the commercial side of the business and experience in running the efficiencies of the business and improving COGs.,

• Manage day-to-day operations of the food production facility


• Ensure adherence to HACCP guidelines and maintain high food safety standards


• Implement and monitor production schedules to meet demand


• Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies


• Lead and motivate staff to achieve production targets


• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  
  Proven experience in food production management


• In-depth knowledge of HACCP regulations and food safety standards


• Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues


• Customer and supplier relationship management experience is essential
