We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and engaging General Manager to join us in leading our Outpatient Services Directorate at St George's as part of the Children's, Women's, Diagnostics, Therapies, Outpatients, Pharmacy and Critical Care (CWDT) Division.

This is an exciting time to progress your career St George's and play your part in our story of improvement towards 'Outstanding Care, Every Time' within supportive and dedicated Directorate teams who are passionate about providing outstanding, high-quality care to patients and their families.The role has a key focus on transforming outpatient services, service developments, a rapid move to digital and virtual outpatient services delivering on innovative solutions to support patient flow in outpatients, ensuring we deliver an excellent service to all our patients., The General Manager is a key member of the Directorate triumvirate teams, responsible for the effective strategic and operational management of a defined set of Care Groups, and will work closely with the Clinical Director, Head of Nursing and Deputy General Manager to ensure the delivery of high quality patient services within the resources available. The post-holder is responsible for the management of all non-clinical staff in the Directorate, ensuring staff are managed in line with the Trust's employment policies.
