Just over 5 miles southwest of Manchester sits the town of Sale, with some 55,000 residents, multiple green spaces, great restaurants and bars, a lively nightlife scene and the cherry on the cake - The Block & Gasket! The B&G is a true all-rounder of a business. Its very healthy food trade is built on the drive for quality and consistency, leading to a great reputation locally and a very loyal food trade that also supports the Dark Kitchen offer. This is coupled with a real focus on Craft Ale and all things Cocktail and Premium. As with most of our Social, Pub, and Kitchen businesses, the sports offering features strongly. The team at the B&G knows how to deliver sports and create that pre- and post-match feel to increase dwell time and spend per head. In addition to the sport, the party kicks into gear at the weekend with Karaoke and DJs, as well as a very strong Bottomless Brunch trade. Jamie Baldaro, our Area Manager in Sale, is looking to work with a General Manager who can continue and, where possible, build on the sales and standards at Block & Gasket.
