Full Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with catering services
  • Create and manage budgets, keep track of expenses, and increase profits by controlling costs and setting the right prices
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the catering service, including food preparation, service delivery, and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Create and track plans to grow and improve the business, such as updating the menu, promoting services, and finding new ways to serve clients better
  • Encourage the team to provide great service and come up with creative ideas for the café and events
