- Guide, coach and support the team where necessary to ensure they are equipped to deliver the best service possible to the loyal customer base.
- Work strategically with the leadership team to continue to develop and grow this thriving venue.
- Working with a commercial mindset to ensure the team deliver on the KPI's.
- This role would suit a strong, hands-on operator who has experience across the Food & Beverage function.
- Experience as a Hospitality General Manager is ideal, however someone who is a number two in a large operation (such as a Hotel with Weddings & Events) could also be highly suited.
