  • This role would suit a strong, hands-on operator who has experience across the Food & Beverage function.

  • Experience as a Hospitality General Manager is ideal, however someone who is a number two in a large operation (such as a Hotel with Weddings & Events) could also be highly suited.

  • Base salary up to £45,000 - negotiated on experience.
