Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced General Manager to run the Robin Hood, part of our Destination Inns concept. This great pub is a mere stone's throw from Enfield and the motorway, yet it's a world apart in the delightfully named Botany Bay, with views across London from the hidden garden. Serving over 800 covers a week, this is a great food business with potential to grow.
The ideal candidate will be a creative, energetic problem solver who wants to make this pub stand out by putting their own stamp on the business, developing a strong team, engaging guests through events and social media but most of all focussing on the basics to ensure we deliver the Destination experience. Food knowledge and confidence managing a kitchen team is also key as we offer a premium pub food experience.
The venue is food led with a split of 70/30 split and caters for up to 800 covers weekly, with sales of 20- 25k.

Salary of up to 38,000 per annum live -in, dependant on experience
Accommodation consists of a well-appointed 3 bedroomed flat, all bills paid including council tax
